About the Author

Dr. Juliet Gray is an Associate Professor and Consultant in Paediatric Oncology at the University of Southampton, UK. She has a strong clinical and research interest in immunotherapy for neuroblastoma, with particular expertise in novel antibody therapies. She leads a translational laboratory research group within the Southampton Cancer Immunology Centre, and is an active member of the UK NCRI Neuroblastoma group and SIOP European Neuroblastoma Research Network (SIOPEN).

Aurélien Marabelle, is currently the Clinical Director of the Cancer Immunotherapy Program at Gustave Roussy Cancer Center in Villejuif, France. Dr Marabelle is an immunologist and a pediatric oncologist by training. His clinical practice is currently dedicated to Early Phase Clinical trials in Cancer Immunotherapy and his translational research is focused on mechanisms of action of immune targeted therapies. He works as a senior medical oncologist and an investigator in the Drug Development Department (DITEP) directed by Prof Jean-Charles Soria. He is coordinating a team focusing on cancer immunotherapy translational research projects in the INSERM U1015 lab directed by Prof Laurence Zitvogel. Dr Marabelle is a member of the European Society of Medical Oncology (ESMO), the American Association of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the European Academy of Tumor Immunology (EATI) & the American Association of Cancer Research (AACR).

He was member of the Executive Committee of the International Headache Society (2003-2008) and founder of International Master School of International Headache Society. He has been President of Italian Headache Society ( 2009/2010).

Marco Arruda is Specialist in Neurology and Neurology for Children and Adolescents at the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo (FMRPUSP). He is a member of the Brazilian Academy of Neurology, the Brazilian Association of Neurology and Child Psychiatry, the Brazilian Society of Pediatric Neurology, the Brazilian Headache Society, the Brazilian Association of Attention Deficit, the International Headache Society and IMBES (International Mind, Brain and Education Society).

Aynur Özge is Professor of Neurology, Algology and Clinical Neurophysiology, at the, Mersin University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology, Mersin, Turkey. She is the chef of headache outpatient department both of adults and children and adolescents in the same department. She is the founder and coordinator of the Turkish Headache Database Project. Fred E. Avni, MD, PhD, is Professor of Radiology and currently Director of the Section of Ultrasound in the Department of Pediatric Imaging, Jeanne de Flandre Hospital, CHRU de Lille, Lille, France. Dr. Avni trained in Pediatric Radiology in Paris at “Enfants-Malades” and then at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School in 1980. He became Chief at Children’s Hospital Queen Fabiola and subsequently Chairman of the Department of Medical Imaging, Erasme Hospital, ULB, Brussels, Belgium. In 2012 he was appointed Director of the KYDOFT Foundation for Pediatric Retina. Dr. Kychenthal is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Association of Pediatric Vitreoretinal Surgeons, and Club Jules Gonin. He has authored more than 20 articles in national and international publications and regularly gives presentations at international meetings.

Paola Dorta, MD, graduated in 1994 from the School of Medicine, Universidad de Chile, where she subsequently undertook a residency in Ophthalmology, joined the ROP and Ocular Trauma program, and pursued a Vitreoretinal Fellowship. She also undertook an Observership in the Retina Service at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, UK. After working as an ophthalmologist at Hospital Salvador, Universidad de Chile and Clinica Tabancura, Santiago, in 2005 Dr. Dorta was appointed Director of the Retinopathy of Prematurity Program and Associate Professor, School of Medicine, Roberto del Rio Children’s Hospital, Santiago. She also served as National Advisor on the National ROP Program for the Chilean Ministry of Heath. In 2012 Dr. Dorta became Medical Director of the KYDOFT Foundation for Pediatric Retina. Dr. Dorta is a member of several professional organizations and regularly gives presentations at international meetings.
